We don't sell your information, and we only share it with the vendors and print partners directly involved in fulfilling your request. Photos or files you upload are stored securely and used only for your project.

This site may use standard website analytics to understand traffic and improve the experience. These tools don't collect anything beyond typical browsing data.

If you'd like to know what information we have on file, or you'd like something corrected or removed, email us and we'll take care of it.

Submitting a request through this site, whether through the request builder, a call, or email, is an inquiry, not a booking. Every project is confirmed with you directly: we'll walk through scope, pricing, and timeline together, and your date is only secured once a deposit is received.

Final pricing depends on the specifics of your event, quantities, timeline, location, and any custom work involved. Estimates shown on this site are starting points, not final quotes.

We ask that the details you share with us (guest counts, dates, addresses, specifications) are accurate and kept up to date, since production and staffing plans are built around them. Changes close to your event date may affect pricing or availability.

Designs created for your event are yours to use for that event once final payment is made. We may ask permission to photograph or share finished work for our own portfolio, but never without checking with you first.

Physical items, apparel, drinkware, wristbands, printed pieces, and other custom goods, are produced through our print and merch partners and ship either directly to you or to your event location, whichever works best for your timeline.

Production and shipping timelines vary by item and quantity. We'll confirm an estimated delivery window with you before your order is placed, and we build in buffer time wherever possible so your pieces arrive with room to spare before your event date.

Need it sooner? Rush production is available on select items for an additional cost, just let us know your timeline when you submit your request.

Once an order ships, delivery timing depends on the carrier and is outside our direct control. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or late, reach out right away, we'll help troubleshoot and make it right.
